Yes it is. The other one I saw was at a basketball game. Asked the same question. Got the same monkey. Everyone lost count.

PB, I watched it 4 times because it would glitch on me. It's 14 time.
The whites air-passed the ball 13 times and bounce-passed the ball twice for a grand total of 15 time

The whole point is that there's a monkey that walks across the screen and Next to noby notices the first time they watch it.

No, I seriously noticed the monkey.
And I knew it was 14, 15, or 16, and I settled on 15 because of the name of the site.
I got 15 the first time and I saw the monkey too!
